Royal Flex (Gymnastics)
At Royal Flex Gymnastics, we pride ourselves on offering an unrivaled core gymnastics program. Our curriculum is meticulously crafted to achieve exceptional results while prioritizing the mental health and well-being of our young athletes. With our team of highly skilled coaches, we are committed to fostering perseverance, resilience, inclusion, nobility, compassion, education, self-confidence and sportsmanship (PRINCESS) in all our princes and princesses.
What sets our program apart is its focus on producing tangible results that parents can witness firsthand. We encourage parents to actively track their child's progress throughout the session, as we believe in transparency and continuous improvement. By the end of our program, parents can expect their prince or princess to emerge as stronger, more resilient individuals, with improved coordination and heightened self-confidence.
Cost: $45 per class

Royal Starlight (Summer Intensive Program)
This unique opportunity is designed for students to immerse themselves in the world of gymnastics, dance and performance.
Over the course of 5 weeks, students will attend classes twice a week at Hebrew Language Academy 2 (HLA2), each lasting 2 hours and 15 minutes. The Royal Starlight program features a well-rounded curriculum that includes dance (Hip-hop and Jazz), tumbling, stage/camera readiness and more. This intensive aims to provide a fun and memorable experience while equipping students with the skills they need to shine both on stage and in front of the camera.
The program will culminate in a video shoot, allowing students to showcase their hard work and creativity during a full glam experience with a professional videographer. Enroll your child in the Royal Starlight program for an enriching experience that encourages confidence and a passion for performance... brag worthy for back-to-school!

Royal Rise (Yoga)

At Royal Flex Gymnastics, we believe that starting your weekend mornings right is essential for a day filled with compassion, nobility, and self-confidence. That's why we are thrilled to offer, Royal Rise – a regal yoga experience exclusively designed for our aspiring princes and princesses!
Cost: $50/month Single Class membership, that’s only $10-$12.50 per class !
(Single Royal Rise class meets once a week)
$85/month Virtual Bundle Membership- $15 discount when you bundle two classes! (Includes a Yoga and Dance Fitness class)

Royal Fete (Dance Fitness)
