FAQs

Do you offer classes to the public?

While most of our after-school gymnastics classes are only available to students that attend our partnered schools, Hebrew Language Academy 2 (HLA2) after-school gymnastics classes are open to the public. All children ages 6-13 are welcome to join our virtual classes.

How much does each class cost?

Our after-school gymnastics class cost $45 per class. For example, a 10-week session will cost $450. Please note: this price structure is only based on our 1-hour class. We may offer longer classes at some locations, which will be reflected in the price.

Our monthly virtual packages cost $50/month, that’s only $10-$12.50 per class and you can cancel anytime! Single class drop-in’s for our virtual classes cost $15 per class.

How long is each class and how often does the class meet?

All classes meet once a week, most classes are one hour for the duration of the session (e.g. Every Wednesday 3pm-4pm from September 13, 2023-December 20, 2023, excluding Holidays). Some locations may have options for longer classes (e.g. Every Wednesday 3:30pm-5:30pm). When parents register and select a location, the price reflects the class duration at that location.

What should students wear?

All students should wear a leotard or a fitted T-shirt paired with any athletic bottom such as leggings, sweatpants, or biker shorts. We recommend our “RFG Classic 3-Piece Leotard Set”, however, it’s not required. All hair should be pulled back into a low-mid pony-tail or bun.

How can I keep Track of my childs Progress?

We offer several ways to track progress but the two main ways are through skill charts and shows! We have a show at the end of Fall and Spring session, while we offer skill charts to track progress throughout Winter session. Our coaches also update parents weekly mentioning any new skills during dismissal.

When can I enroll in the next session?

Enrollment for the new session opens one month before the session begins. The first week is reserved for current students who would like to re-enroll, while the remaining three weeks are open to everyone.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to ensure quality results from our after-school program, we do not accept late enrollment. Therefore, parents may drop a class directly through our parent portal or submit a request to drop a class via email before the second class to allow another student to enroll early enough to prevent the student from falling behind. Parents/guardians may cancel for any reason prior to the deadline, any cancellation request after the second class may be denied.

All monthly virtual memberships can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, students can still attend classes for the remainder of the month, however, the service will not automatically renew (E.g. If you enroll for January and decide to cancel January 14th, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of January, instead your child can still attend class until the end of January and your membership will not automatically renew for February).

do you allow make-up classes?

Since our program follows the school schedule, we do not have an option for make-up classes.

If we enroll by the second class because someone else cancelled is the tuition prorated?

Absolutely!
